Today is Biafra Day

Biafra Day! The defunct Republic was created 48 Years ago on 30th May 1967 by Colonel Ojukwu in response to progrom against the people of South East Nigeria..what ensued later was total bloodshed, genocide and starvation.

Today the people of South-East Nigeria remembers their heroes who laid down their lives for the actualization of a dream that would never become.
