Popular Blogger Omojuwa Summoned to Appear In Court

The legal battle raging between two popular bloggers Deji Adeyanju @adeyanjudeji and Japheth Omojuwa @Omojuwa over a defamation case filled by the former at the Abuja High Court have assumed another dimension with the official court summon today served to the accused via an advert in Vanguard Newspaper.

Deji Adeyanju, an Abuja based socio-political activist has sued online activist Japheth Omojuwa for defamation to the tune of N50 million...The case of defamation against the accused is partly connected to a story purportedly concocted by him (Mr. Omojuwa) against Mr. Adeyanju in May 2014.

The court summon was officially served to Omojuwa today via a huge advert in Vanguard Newspaper...

Praying that this two young folks will settle this matter out of court and continue their activist-ism for the betterment of the Nigerian youths.
