Michael Jordan or Kobe Bryant -- the epic GOAT debate can finally be settled thanks to some guy who Loves basketball ... but makes poor decisions when it comes to tattoos...A random basketball fan must have wanted to commemorate the NBA Finals ... so he tattooed Kobe on one calf and Michael Jordan on the other.
