Man Arrested for stealing 140 pairs of women's underwear

Police in Taiwan has arrested a kleptomaniac with a fetish for swiping women's undergarments and seized 60 items of lingerie and 80 pairs of female underwear.

While officers may have been surprised by the sheer volume of stolen undies, they were more shocked by the incredible care that the thief took in laying out his collection. Turns out that the dude was neat freak as well.

The 23-year-old man readily admitted to taking advantage of open and unlocked doors in the area around Chung Yuan Christian University in Taoyuan city to raid female students' panty drawers..

Earlier this year, a Shandong man from China was also caught stealing women's underwear because of a strong desire to "snuggle and smell."
